I was looking to lease a subaru a little over a month ago. I had great credit with a short credit history, which made it difficult for me to get into a car without a co-signer..which I didn't exactly have. With winter approaching quickly, I was feeling extremely stressed about having a safe car to get around in. I had gone to other dealerships, and no one was able to help me. I let out a HUGE sigh of relief when Mr. Glassman, along with Dom the sales guy, helped me get into a 2017 impreza. This car is very safe people, which is something that my 2002 vw jetta was lacking. I am very happy with my car. THANK YOU GLASSMAN SUBARU. This 5 star rating is no lie, this place really is as good as it gets!
Purchased a used Outback along with their service agreement 60,000 or 48 months which ever comes first. Renee and Briana we're exceptionally professional (as were the rest of the TEAM) and went above the call of duty to accommodate us. We had to leave the vehicle for repair, we were given a loaner. They were prepared to deliver our car and pick up the loaner. My only concern was with the service department, they missed a few items on inspection which we brought to their attention. But they made up for it in correcting and repairing items that warranted it. In this day and age where customer service is either void or barely visible, Sellers Subaru truly deserves 5 stars.

worst customer service ever. they forgot to do a 27 point insp[ection on my car (which theyre supposed to do for every car) and because they didnt, it resulted in 2 blown blower motors, which could've easily been avoided, had they done the inspection, and seen that the cabin air filter was caked full of mudd, and the bracket was broken. The manager Derek was incredibly rude to me on the phone and I plan on making a formal complaint to Subaru as well. Stay away!!
