I enjoy getting my car serviced here at the 12mile & Telegraph location. I really love the "Unlimited Plan"! I can get my car serviced inside and out, twice a day, everyday IF I want to for a whole month every month. Free complimentary mini air fresheners.
Have brought two vehicles here for full detail over the past few years and have been very pleased with the service. The staff is very friendly and accomodating.
I Get The Max at Jax!!
Every single time I go it's a nightmare. If it weren't for the free FULL service coupon I get I wouldn't go back. They should say if your vehicle is anything but a very little bit dirty don't expect it to be really clean when you get it back. An hour and 10 minutes later, my inside was not wiped down clean all over, my windows were not clean inside, the door jams and console were not wiped clean either. I have yet to get in and go. Today after pointing out what they missed I was told to pay the 100 for a deep detailing. So there half done job should cost me 4 to 5x more? Full service everything is supposed to be full service everything. Save yourself aggravation. The cashier person was rude, and argumentative. Finally I told her that her behavior was one of the reasons I would rather go back to the location in Royal Oak, a half hour away then go the 3 miles to them from my house. She even argued about that. Said there was NO location on Woodward, and didn't apologize even when I called it up on Google. As I pulled away the smudges all over my windows showed. When I got home I checked and the inside door jams were not wiped down, smears showed and back cargo area was still dusty. I was so frustrated and stressed by the cashiers behavior I didn't fight traffic to go back around to fight with staff.
I had a very good opinion about this car wash until I had a detailing done today for the first time. The lady cashier in the waiting area has the nastiest attitude towards customers I've ever experienced. She is harsh and hostile and not ready to explain what's going on with the vehicle. She is not a good listener and lacks communication and interpersonal skills. I guess much better candidates are available for her position. In the end the manager helped me out with my worries and she kept poking her nose in to listen if I was complaining about her. Overall, I am not satisfied with her behaviour and the cost of the service that I had to pay. This place is good for express car wash.
My last 3 experiences at this location have been terrible and I’m mad about it. The Bloomfield, Troy & Birmingham locations are much better. The consistency on Telegraph is horrible. I mean I spend $20-$30+ just to NOT be satisfied and have to get it redone and wait another 10-15mins. Today I am outdone as the floor mats were not cleaned and the seats weren’t thoroughly vacuumed. Money wasted!!! I come here because it is the closest to my house. I drive Uber/Lyft it needs to be noticeably clean!
