I was shocked and disgusted with the long line to checkout. I complained to the store manager but will have to go to the top. I felt like we were being herded like cattle. No respect for the customers time. I remember when you could find quality clothes. Not now with everything coming out of China. Ugh! I will never go there again.
It's Burlington Coat Factory; it never has had the best customer service, but I always know I can find a good coat there if I look hard enough. If you've ever gone thrifting and found that hidden treasure of an item lost among the ruins, that's pretty much what it's like going to Burlington Coat Factory. Great prices though for sure.
It was okay. I think they need to do better on their selections. I can't hardly ever find things for myself or my husband. The selection on kids clothes are good.
Nice people, great prices. You can get some brand name coats, shoes, etc. at half the price.
