Mr Manhal , please try to help Iraqi people , when ,they want to renew passport it took more than 2 month , why , this long time ,do you this is a time for people to vist Iraq (summer time ) , in addition to that same mistake they happen during work like bad skinner or copy , it suppose to be more serisily , you are reperesintive for Iraq ,to month over to much Haje manhel. I am one of victim of wrong skinner my document , and yet now I didn't get my passport , it suppose , I am now in Kurdistan . But I can charge any one for fails .p,ease try to keep your office gone up , like the country that your live now .

Worst customer service ever. I sent my visa application, passport photos, and no one ever called me back after leaving several voicemails. Also, they never returned my 16$ passport photos. If you wanna go to Iraq, send your stuff to D.C. not here.

I left a voice mail and I'm happy to say I got called back on my number! It may be a normal customer service here but that's a huge step for the Iraqi employees to take. I mean it! It's good to learn a thing or two by living in the states.
the Iraqi bad system and complications in Iraqi system, they're doing their job and if your passport was rejected then it's not because of them instead it's because of some employees back in Iraq.
