Not a big fan of their selections. Big bulky furniture - if that's your style then this place is a worth a visit.
The employee's were helpful and nice. Good selection of furniture, good finance options even though I did not finance this time. I am a little mad at the $99 delivery fee. Could have ordered a couch online with free shipping BUT the delivery fee is good for a year if I buy something else over $299.
Worst experience ever. I will never, ever....ever! Long story short...I ordered a dining set and end tables. G.W. came to my house everyday for 8 days before I had an perfect assembly and delivery. They offered me a $100 gift card on the 4th day. Don’t waste your time. Find somewhere else, but not Art Van!
Poor customer service skills the employees they just want to sell you stuff then when you call back to ask a question about the payments they do not help and delivery is always late out of the 3 purchases I have made they have all been late. While entering the door they are harassing and very pushy about selling you items you have no interest in and they are trying to sell to get ride of. The process takes way to long approx 2 or more hours to purchase a bedroom set. When you call and talk to a manager like josh he will interrupt you and tell you to hold on and will hang the phone up on you. Called headquarters already and the BBB due to a long process of not issuing me my target gift card because of the big purchase I made and will take further action with a attorney. The employees have no manners they are always laughing behind the office desks and chatting and putting incorrect information in the system and makes it harder on the customers end when trying to find out where their order is or where their target gift card is. Deserves 0 stars and they are just wanting to sell and you are nobody when you leave. Avoid and will have more reviews coming from many more customers that I have talked to that have recently purchased items and that are also very unhappy with.
Tacky and conniving people. They raise the price to tell the people that it's the lowest price ever. What a joke! Go to Art Van people!
