Customer service was great. John, the manager, offered great advice. Helped me sort out my options when we discovered that I couldn't do what I initially set out to do in the first place. Great little store!
Today I'm here renting any other truck I give them a second changes from my move in to my storage unit watch was a so bad. I upgraded same day from a 5"8 to a 10"10 they had my money but know one knew how to transfer one unit too the next, three hours without getting it done, I had to go to work. A whole week went pass no call I go to my unit and there's a lock on my unit for none payment they had 149.00 dollars of my money so for 39.00 they locked me out for a issue that was there problem not and they was calling my emergency number over this place. Today one person working five people in the back of me three in front of me I asked manager if it was anybody to help us he replied NO while he stood in the office doorway of the office talking and listening to another worker on the phone I'm going to use my buy one month Get next free and never use U-Haul again. The ladies taking orders are nice and friendly
John King always provides the best customer service. I've had a storage unit for a total of 3 years. The storage area drive way, hall ways always neat and clean. I recommend this uhaul location for your short or long time storage.

Great service both times I used this location for truck rental and moving supplies. Storage prices are a tad high, but there's something to be said of the convenience of cheap truck rental right where you store your stuff.
John is the BEST!! The Manager, John King is one of the most amiable and professional people I've ever met in my life! I came into his store back in October of 2014 to get storage rates. From there, he took care of practically everything for me; the truck rental, scheduled movers (helped to calculate the amount of time I would need them), figure out just the right size of truck I would need and storage space, and best of all...HE SAVED ME MONEY! Even the "move-out" (from storage) was effortless and NO LAST MINUTE SURPRISES (costs)!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS U-HAUL STORE/STORAGE CENTER ABOVE ALL OTHERS!
