May have to wait base on time u get there, cause it's usually busy but service is generally good and they always treat me in a professional manner.
The staff there is very professional really nice and courteous the two young ladies that assisted me where Morgan and Tasha. They were very nice to all guess that came in and work diligently to find paperwork being faxed over on what seemed to be a very busy day but they handled it very well just wanted to say thank you.
Nice and clean establishment. Workers was very nice and kept you updated on your wait time. Was in and out.
The nurses and staff were very nice, humorous, personable, and quick. The doctor that I saw I did not appreciate, I was having health issues and she just kept trying to discharge from her care because she said it wasn't work related. Even though the only reason I went to Concentra was because my work told me to because it started happening at work. I felt like she was trying to protect my employer versus trying to make sure that I didn't die. I wanted to remind her about the hippocratic oath she took.
Its okay, but i haven't seen any xrays of my leg that they took..an ive been there since December 18th..But im enjoying physical therapy.
