Very nice cars and on time. I am a frequent flier and have used a lot of different airport car service companies to and from DTW Airport and now only use American. They are always prompt with professional drivers that treat me as if I am in a private limo. Never been picked up in a dirty car which is more than I can say about some others I have tried. I am saving about 15% compared to the last company I was using.
