Absolutely terrible, not only did we receive very little help from our agent, we closed on the house and a week later were being harassed saying that our earnest down payment wasn't included in our 6000 dollar down payment (when there agent said it was after the closing) he then informed us that the deal was getting messed up because of it, but we are already moved in with the closing papers.tried reaching out to his manager and received nothing but unprofessional threats of court and told he didn't want to hear what we had to say over 500 dollars. tried contacting Bonnie Rictor director of operations to clear things up and received no call back. When reaching there callcenter they were very kind informing us that this sounds very fishy and that the payment should have been caught before the closing...So let's count that's falsifying information, unprofessional conduct when trying to resolve a rather simple situation, threats, and terrible agents if there was a option to give them 0 stars I would give them 1 less then that!!!!!
Unprofessional, crook and greedy real estate agent Tammy Lambordo working with this company. She will take your earnest deposit money from you and run.she's nothing but thief. Someone like that, willing to take a advantage of people to steal your hardworking money. People like her,making a bad name for good real estate agent and company. Who knew, how many people out there that she play trick on and victimized them for money.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!! Blew me off after a 2+ hour drive. Abusive. Lies. If you have money they will deal with you otherwise you are on your own. If you have requirements... forget it... they will dictate to you what the market availability is. When the market is hot and few houses are on the market these agents show their true colors. Horrible business practices. No call, no reminder, no email, nothing. Just did not show up.
