Nice hotel including rooms and cleanliness. Housekeeping did not replace our coffee daily and we could not control the AC in our room but it was comfortable so I didn't make a fuss. the breakfast was amazing and dinner was awesome just a little slow in bringing it to us. The staff during breakfast was top notch as was the food. It was far from everywhere so I would suggest renting a car if possible.
As a diamond Hilton honors diamond member I'd say this is not what I'm accustomed to at a Hilton location. They've done some renovating but there's still a lot of work to be done. I've stayed here several times and every time it's the same thing. The ice machines are never working, there's always parties going on, and the bathrooms are out dated. On the other hand, the staff is great and the morning chef makes the best omelets I've ever had.
This happened to be the worst Embassy Suites we have ever stayed at. We checked in for a four night stay and checked out after the first night. The hotel was virtually empty, and yet when we checked in at 3am, the first room they took us to smelled rank from cigarettes and had to move. The second room smelled fine, but the mattress had to have been 20 plus years old. It sank so deep in the middle that I was not able to sleep that night. The "new" sofa bed mattress was paper thin and could only be comfortable for someone weighing less than 40 pounds. Paint was chipped and peeling everywhere around the hotel and buttons were missing inside the elevators. It was also hard to believe that in less than two years after a bathroom renovation that the bathroom shower was so dirty. Every corner was disgustingly gross. Avoid!!!!
No heating or hot water. Wires coming out of the wall and a room that’s cleanliness is questionable, I can only imagine what I would see with a black light. When I tried to complain the phones didn’t work. When I went to the front desk, they acted as if they couldn’t care less. Eventually I was moved rooms, to find that it had similar problems and had to give up any idea of having bare minimum hotel requirements such as heating. Upon check out, no attempt was made to see if I had enjoyed my experience or even to ask what had gone wrong. I left totally dissatisfied and promising never to return. It is a shame that this hotel is associated with the Hilton brand.
Complimentary drinks for 2 hours and great service however not the best facilities. Everything was broken or breaking. Also the building was not that clean even though the rooms were. I'd visit again definitely because of the friendly staff and atmosphere. The bartender, the server, and the maids made the entire trip worth well.
