Food was decent. We wanted a booth so the host said it would be up 2 30 minutes. 25 minutes in i walk to the bathroom and there are over 5 wmoty booths. They had us waiting for nothing all that time. Then the waiter was slow
This is a HORRIBLE Applebee's. The service is HORRIBLE, SLOW and VERY RUDE!! It was like a major ordeal to even get a seat and they we not busy at all. We waited FOREVER for our drinks, then when they finally came, there was what looked like nasty leftover pieces of napkin literally floating in the pop. The waitress finally took our order after she acted like that was a great pain for her. When the food finally came, one of the dishes that it was served on had nasty left over food on they bottom of the plate, like they forgot to wash it from the previous order, the appetizer that was delivered had a noodle in it when it was only supposed to be spinach dip. The waitress apologized that everything was late she said they were only working with one microwave, because of a partial power outage. The food was totally disgusting. The manager took a percentage off the ill but the whole experience was VERY BAD. They need to CLEAN the place and train the employees to have better customer service, not such bad attitudes. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I am surprised that the health department has not shut them down. I had to give them a star to get this posted, but if I could give them negative stars I would.
Terrible experience. Food was awful. Battered fish was inedible. Service was beyond slow. Many other patrons vocally sharing thier displeasure in the dining experience here as well. Corporate really needs to go in and clean this place up. This is a fairly new building, very disappointed in our dining experience here. Be forewarned.
Just horrible. This location deserves zero stars. I decided to try this place a 3rd time and it was just as obnoxious. The music is always playing extremely loud and will not be turned down by your requests. Staff was again rude and no one seemed to care about running a successful business. Please avoid this place and if you would like to enjoy great food and a very pleasing staff, Honey Tree just down the street is AMAZING!!
I have been to this location on a few different occasions and I must say that I was not very satisfied either time. Most recently, I stopped in (against my better judgment) with a friend. We found it very quite disheartening that we had to sit at the bar for at least 7 to 8 minutes before we were even acknowledged by someone to take our order. After deciding to leave we could hear the bartender sarcastically yell out “have a good night ladies”. To say that I was disgusted by this type of treatment is an understatement. The customer service at this location is absolutely deplorable and it is for this reason that I will not be returning. If you are seeking a superior dining experience, steer clear of this place!!!
