Went back and service was a lot quicker ! Keep it up.
I work for a pretty high in company and we order lunch for our meetings, every time something is either missing or "they don't have it". It is utterly ridiculous that the drinks are out, things have not been refilled when my orders are at 11 and they open at 10. I will be looking into different locations. This Chipotle has lost our service.

I Loooove Coming Here. But There Should Never Be A Reason For The Chips To Be Stale And For You To Run Out Of Dressing. I Did An "ONLINE ORDER" And My Meal "REQUIRED DRESSING" Due To The Fact That I Had Ordered A Salad. Within The "2 Hour" Pick Up Timing...No One Didn't Realize There Was None Available???? Then The "Female" At The Register Told Me It Would Be A "20 Min Wait"!!!! DO BETTER!! It Shows You're Just There For The Money...Not To Make Sure The Customer Is Well Taken Care Of!!!
A little training of ALL employees wouldn't hurt. Just call cooperate they would gladly send in the troops

Ordered online - show up order not ready - being told they're making it now - 15 minutes later still not ready. Would've been faster waiting in line. Avoid this location at all cost. Slow Slow Slow!!!
