Poor customer service, spoke with a Amy was not friendly at all, However, I ask Amy for some travel information for me and family. Never received a phone call or email from Amy, Jane was the best they had with the company. I have booked over 7 trips at cadillac travel with Jane, never have I experienced bad customer service. Family and I will not do business with this company ever. Having great Customer service means alot.
