Now they have stopped responding to my emails, I have lost quite a bit of money on this, I would not recommend this agent at all...had a very bad experience with them...

Horrible experience! I called and asked for specific dates and flights. The agent ( Jolanta) never called back, so I called again and left voice mail.I also got NO RESPONSE. If you value your time and money go somewhere else!

I booked a ticket to India through this travel agent in Lufthansa with cancellation options for my Dec 2010 travel in Oct 2010. I cancelled the ticket but till today I have not been refunded the amount. It has been more than 6 months now...
This is a fraudulent organization which exercises deceptive practices! Buyer Beware! I went directly to the airlines to purchase airline tickets and guess what this agency fraudulently charged an agent fee of $500.00 in which no ticketing was issued by them. I am reporting them to the State of Illinois Attorney General’s Office. I proceeded to contact Sky Bird Travel & Tours and no one was interested in helping me.
